We have built a close-knit team of strata, compliance, accounts and administration professionals who work together to support our clients. Led by Director and Licensee-in-Charge Nathan Newmarch, our team brings more than 20 years of combined strata industry experience, together with practical expertise across everyday scheme management, major remedial projects, compliance and complex property matters.
What sets us apart is the genuine care we have for our clients and the properties entrusted to us. We take the time to understand the priorities of each owners corporation, provide clear and practical advice, and follow matters through to completion. Our aim is to build lasting relationships and make strata management simpler, more transparent and less stressful.
Nathan has over 11 years experience in strata management in NSW, having held roles such as Strata Manager, Senior Strata Manager and General Manager/Licensee-in-charge, Nathan has a wealth of strata management experience to share with our customers.
Winner of the 2023 SCA (NSW) Strata Community Management Leadership Award, Nathan was recognised by the Strata Community Association for his outstanding management and leadership in the strata industry. This achievement saw him progress as a national finalist for the 2023–2024 SCA Australasia Strata Community Management Leadership Award, held in July 2024.
In addition to providing exceptional strata management advice to our clients, Nathan also has a passion for education within the strata industry and has served on the SCA NSW Education committee to help further education for strata managers and strata owners across NSW.

With almost 7 years of experience in the Strata Management industry, Isabelle has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the strata industry. Known for her friendly and thoughtful approach, she has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
As Compliance Manager, Isabelle oversees the regulatory obligations of the strata schemes we manage. She is responsible for insurance renewals and claims coordination, AFSS compliance, pool and lift registrations, and ensuring all required annual certifications and lodgements are completed on time. Isabelle works closely with strata managers, committees and contractors to make sure each property meets its statutory requirements and remains properly protected.
