Step 2 - Read and Share our management quotation
Following our call, we will email you a management proposal to share with the rest of your committee members. Our proposal provides information about our services as well as our unique transparent pricing options. Once reviewed feel free to contact us with any questions or to arrange a face to face meeting.

Step 3 - Lets Meet
We like to meet all prospective new customers before welcoming them onboard with Beaches Strata. This gives you and us the opportunity to get to know one another and ask any questions. We are happy to hold this meeting via Zoom, but prefer face to face at the building.

Step 4 - Leave it to us
Once you have decided to move forward with Beaches Strata, we will be please to take care of the rest. We only need a couple of documents from you and then will be happy to arrange a general meeting in order to enable your owners to appoint us as the new managing agent. Once resolved at the general meeting, we will provide you with a letter for the current manager and then take care of the rest ensuring to keep you updated as we arrange the handover.

At Beaches Strata we offer two service levels so you can choose the one that suits best.

Our Full-Service Package covers all aspects of strata, community association or company title management, ensuring that your property is well taken care of. This package is for properties of all sizes and complexities and is particularly suited for those who are time poor and would like a bit more support. 

Our Lite-Service Package is the perfect choice for smaller properties with 2 to 20 lots, where an active and engaged committee is in place. This package allows owners corporations to select their own contractors and have more hands-on approach to repairs and maintenance work.

Investment Management -We assist by organising the investment of your funds via Macquarie Bank to ensure your money is working for you. 
Financial Reporting: Our financial reporting is available to customers via mobile phone, tablet and computer, ensuring you have access to transparent reports and accounts at your fingertips.
Quote Gathering: We obtain quotes for repair and maintenance work to ensure you get the best value for your money.
Repairs and Maintenance Coordination: We issue work orders and coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring your property is well-maintained.
Invoice Review: We assist you by checking invoices prior to payment, referring to the committee for payment approval as applicable. 
Trust Account Processing: Once invoices are reviewed and approved, we process payments from the trust account.
